This one is for all the cooking geeks like myself, we are going to be making 3 different kinds of flavoured salts using Windsor fine sea salt! These are the perfect pantry item to have to take your home cooking to the next level. I love having many different flavoured salts in my pantry to be able to experiment with flavours! Really easy and it has my mind racing on different flavour combinations!

For each flavoured salt, combine the specified herbs, spices, and citrus zest with the Windsor sea salt. Toss the mixture into the oven on low for 10 minutes. Once the salts are mixed and dried, store them in a small mason jar.
